Iran will use the fist nuclear power plant next year also starts to construct another two ones in this year.
Iran official news agency reports that the minister of Iran energy ministry revealed this nuclear facilities trend cared by western world when visiting Syria, he said the first nuclear power plant located at Bushire Port in Southwest will be used on March 21 next year with generating capacity of 1000 megawatt, another two new ones would be constructed this year.
The nuclear power plant at Bushire port was constructed under the assistance from Russia, but many times of delay during the construction and until now there have been more than 10 years of postponement, because Iran and Russia have disagreement on fuel supply and payment etc.
Iran is the fourth largest export country on crude oil in the world who ever expressed to construct some nuclear power plants with the total generating capacity of 20,000 megawatt in 2020 so that to export more oil and natural gas of high quality. |
